Mustapha obtained his LL.B (Hons) from Coventry University (2008), United Kingdom, and B.L, Nigerian Law School (2012).
He is well acquainted with the Rules and procedure of the superior Courts in Nigeria, i.e. the High Court, Federal High Court, National Industrial Court, Court of Appeal and the Supreme Court, as well as specialised Courts such as Court Martial, Arbitral Proceedings, Code of Conduct Tribunal and the Election Petition Tribunal.
He is a member of the Nigerian Bar Association and the Chartered Institute of Arbitrators (U.K.)
