THE EQUITY TEMPLE is a firm of seasoned Legal Practitioners based in Lagos and Abuja. Our practice is driven by our individual and a collective passion for delivering excellent legal services within record time and going beyond the usual, in ensuring that our clients’ instructions are effectively carried out and their interests protected.
The firm is managed by seasoned legal practitioners with many years of experience in different areas of legal practice.
We have over the years amassed the requisite resources and built up competences in a wide spectrum of the legal practice area, we are thus posed to provide optimum legal services as may be instructed.
Our greatest asset as a Firm is not in the collection of legal resources we have in our library, which we can say with all sense of modesty is highly impressive, nor the weight and depth of our experience and expertise garnered over decade of active legal practice, but in the trusting and mutually beneficial relationships which we have been able to build and maintain with our numerous clients and relevant government bodies so far.

The Equity Temple is divided into three (3) groups - ‘Litigation Group’, ‘Corporate Transaction Advisory Group’, and ‘Regulatory and Compliance Group’ providing a wide array of legal services.
Our litigation practice group specialises in civil and commercial litigation covering Debt Recovery, Receivership and assets foreclosure, Company winding up proceedings, Oil and gas law, Maritime law, Property and land matters, Alternative Dispute Resolution, Probate Matters.
Our Corporate Transactions and Advisory Practice Group provide a broad range of legal, advisory and consulting services which includes but are not limited to the following: General Corporate Advisory, Mergers and Acquisitions, Tax Matter, Telecommunications, Registration of Debenture, Debenture Trust Deed, and Liens, Capital Market Services, Intellectual Property, Company Secretarial Services and filing of Annual Returns, Trust Administration & Trust Formation, Dispute Resolution, Legislative Drafting and Review, Project/Capital Investment and Finance.
