Our Corporate Transactions and Advisory Group provide wide range legal, advisory and consulting services which includes but are not limited to the following: Preparation & Negotiating Loan Agreements, Joint Venture Agreements, Registration of Debenture, Debenture Trust Deed, and Liens, Regulatory Compliance Issues, licensing, Securitisation, Capital Market Services, Tax Matters, Conducting Due Diligence, Merger & Acquisition, Registration of Patents and Copyrights, Energy Sector Regulatory and Environmental Issues, Incorporation of Companies, Business Names, Incorporated Trustees, etc, Company Secretarial Services, Company Promotion, Corporate searches, investigations and rendering of legal advice relating to corporate status of Companies, Filing of Annual Returns, Trust Administration & Trust Formation, Drafting and perfecting of conveyance agreements and parcels, including: Deed of Assignment, Sub-lease, Leases, etc; Powers of Attorney and other documents conveying authority; Deed of Discharge and Surrender, Real Estate & Property Development Transactions.
